At Ergon Bike, we are committed to your cycling comfort and performance. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused Ergon products back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technical team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
